Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Machine Learning Engineer. The Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models and techniques, analyzing data and evaluating machine learning models, writing technical reports to document development, research, and testing for senior management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deploy machine learning solutions. This role is located in Brisbane, QLD, but also offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

Pattern recognition skills and experience with algorithms and neural networks
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Expertise in neural networks and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java
Experience in data cleaning, preprocessing, and visualization
Ability to work well in a team and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with cloud computing, especially with Google Cloud Platform, is a plus
