🤝 Your Mission: You'll champion Blend's growth by forging meaningful relationships with SMB ecommerce merchants. Through a mix of outbound initiatives and responding to inbound leads, you'll become a trusted ally to our prospective customers.

🎯 Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead to close
- Respond to and qualify leads generated by our marketing team
- Build a robust sales pipeline through both inbound and outbound strategies
- Educate and wow customers with engaging product demos
- Crush your quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Foster trusted relationships, focusing on quality over quantity
- Collaborate with our internal teams to shape our messaging and product development
🧰 Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in SDR/BDR or sales account management
- Proven ability or experience working with SMB ecommerce businesses
- Experience in online marketing (Google / Facebook)
- Comfortable handling a high volume of deals
- SaaS/Cloud experience is preferred, but we're open to all backgrounds
- Proven track record of creating your own leads and enriching data for outreach
- Stellar verbal and written communication skills
