Typical working hours as a Warehouse Operative:
There are various shifts available such as:
- 05:00-13:00| 05:45-13:45| 06:00-14:00| 06.30-14:30| 14:00-22:00
- The shifts above are just examples, your working hours can be any shifts from 5:30 to 22:00
- We cannot accommodate candidates who wish to work a fixed afternoon shift
- All candidates must be available and work morning and afternoon shifts any five days out of seven including weekends
Pay rates as a Full time Warehouse Operative:
First 12 weeks:
- Morning shift: £11.00 p/h | Morning overtime rate: £16.50p/h per hour
- Afternoon shift: £12.00 p/h (applicable if your shift starts at 14:00)
- Afternoon overtime rate: £18.00p/h
- Break: 30 minutes unpaid break, 15 minute paid break
- Weekly pay - every Friday!
After 12 weeks:
- Morning shift: £11.55 p/h | Morning overtime rate: £17.33p/h per hour
- Afternoon shift: £13.20 p/h (applicable if your shift starts at 14:00)
- Afternoon overtime rate: £19.80p/h
- Break: 30 minutes unpaid break,15 minute paid break
- Weekly pay - every Friday!
