The Digital team at Evelyn Partners have recently launched a new website and app for our clients to view their accounts and transact with our business. We are in a period of continuous improvement of the site and receive feedback from clients who are looking to request services, or ask questions. We will move more clients over to the new website over time and will continue to need to provide timely responses to clients to keep them informed of our plans.
This role will lead on this challenge and will monitor, reply to, report and analyse client and prospect comments via Hotjar/Survicate, Trust Pilot, email and other non telephony communication avenues.
