What are you going to do?
We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist based in London where you’ll be creating and running marketing campaigns which promote our company and help drive purchases with strong online engagement. You’ll be using social, SEO, influencers, ads, events, and more to convert our users. You’ll understand the “Luxury” sector and ideally “Watches” as a product category.
The position is based in London with a possibility for hybrid setup (remote & office). This role reports directly to the CEO.
âś… Project Management:
- Co-develop a digital brand guideline (Web + socials) to keep a strong identity online.
The guidelines will be used by designers & content creators
- Establish the roadmap of our marketing plan with clear milestones and campaign proposals (short & mid-term).
Online / Offline touchpoints
- Identify trend opportunities for campaigns, focusing on lead generation funnels in order to drive qualified prospects to the Business development team.
Competitor analysis, funnel quality
Monthly campaign reporting
- Track and improve the company brand visibility (awareness & growth)
Monthly reporting compared with data: traffic, clicks, referrals, paid search, paid lead generation, other activation done via competitions, (Monitoring tools from: Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta ads…)
✅ PR & Branding: (Non-executive advisor: “un-titled.co” marketing agency)
- Register the company for Industry exhibition events to promote the brand.
Events: AI Tech / Web3 / Startup / Alternative financial assets / Luxury
- Register the company for public speaking sessions in order to promote our expertise.
CEO talk, interviews
- Reach PR for visibility in press
Magazines, specialised blogs, youtubers, newsletters
- Establish and manage the digital “Personal branding” for the executive team
Shooting campaign
Interviews
LinkedIn post (Content creator)
âś… CRM & Partnership:
- Develop new partnerships with brands and collaborators related to our industry.
Luxury businesses, Influencers, Youtubers,
- Organise 1x physical event per quarter for 30+ clients
Coordinate security, suppliers, catering, invitations, speakers, gifting…
- Review the client database (with Tech team) and categorise our audience segmentation on Salesforce.
- Create and automate CRM touchpoints (with tech team) in order to connect regularly with clients & friends of the brand.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, Luxury Management, Finance & Economics, Marketing and Communications, or related disciplines.
- Proven previous experience in community and/or social media management, ideally for at least one prior successful product or company launch
- Deep understanding of social media platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and Youtube.
- Deep understanding of social media ecosystem: trends, hashtags, music usage, functionalities, guidelines, and platform updates
- Capacity to be creative and also strategic on the approach for community growth and content engagement.
- Ability to create modern digital content “Static & Videos” with ex: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canvas…)
- Able to communicate in English fluently. Your written skills must be formal and very well polished. (French is a +)
