What are you going to do:
We have an opening as a Technical Business Analyst to foster our “AI / Web3 / CRM" development inside our engineering team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be focused and creative in order to propose new features and automation tools capable of helping the business team efficiency and/or creating new revenue opportunities. You will bring analytical skills, forensic attention to detail and deep technical market knowledge to make bold data-driven recommendations for implementation.
While working closely with our Project Leader and Tech consultants. This role reports directly to the CEO.
✅ Product Management: - Prepare and lead daily stand-up with developers
- Work closely with sales team to develop new features helping the business grow
- Create wireframes in Figma
- Create JIRA tickets with requirements and clear documentation
- Organise SPRINT with gantt charts
- Compile weekly reporting and progress according to AGILE framework
- Lead the product database expansion from 17.000 to 30.000 unique SKU products
- 2023-2024 product catalogue with new releases
- Improve the database info accuracy:
- Reference, retail price, image, transparent background…
- Participate in the documentation of the new company pitch deck
- Organise ideas in our Notion’s data-room
✅ Salesforce & CRM automations: - Coordinate the implementation of Salesforce (with Tech team) as our main CRM software system
- Create and automate CRM touchpoints (with Marketing team) in order to connect regularly with clients & friends of the brand
- Assist with Salesforce marketing campaigns (with Marketing team):
- Refine client portfolio, specification sheets in Excel
- Refine, organise and classify client’s data
- Automate our weekly CRM list for “new clients” (Business partner, end customer)
- Partner with the Marketing team to identify CRM opportunities from the Salesforce database
✅ Generative AI & Machine learning: - Lead Tech due diligence and product roadmap of our future AI investments

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information system, computer programing, Financial Mathematics, Web technology or related disciplines
- Proven previous experience in product management and/or project management within an engineering team (Mandatory)
- Excellent understanding of our core softwares: “Jira”, “Notion”, “Salesforce” (Mandatory)
- Able to communicate in English fluently with strong interpersonal skills in order to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. (Mandatory)
- Confident is presenting business insights using visualisation tools like Excel, PowerBI, Looker, Tableau…)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good time management is essential
