We here at plexus have teamed up with a company who have the goal of bringing over 1 billion people to staking and DeFi. The way they are going to do this is by creating on top of staking, a variation of structured products, concluding these staking products, and serving as the distribution layer for staking across the retail and business and sectors for blockchains.
They are in a stage of growth wanting to be increasing the amount of blockchain they are working on. They are looking to hire at the highest level. They need a BD/Partnership Manager with a healthy network in the DeFi and or Web3 space to help drive the to the next stage.
Requirements:
- Experience in an institutional sale or partnership role
- Experience in business development or an account executive type position
- Experience in the DeFi or wider Web3 world
- Previous history of managing sales pipelines, developing partnerships and business growth acceleration.
Role:
- Creating strong B2B connections
- Selling to financial institutions
- Generate leads and close on them
