The role requires someone who is used to working on their own initiative and bring ideas to the table.
In this role, you will:
Identify partnership opportunities
Crafting business development strategies and account plans for a list of targeted brands and agencies
Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand
Maintain existing business
Think critically when planning to ensure project success
Managing a solid pipeline, including maintaining pipeline tools and reporting up to date.
Partner with other cross-functional teams on developing best-in-class solutions for clients.
What we expect from you:
3+ years of direct sales in IT or Digital Marketing
Proven track record for sourcing and closing new business
Awareness of a consultative sales process
Provide consistent pipeline opportunities, managing account decision-making process to ensure revenue is achieved.
Demonstrate a track record of sales success.
Interpersonal skills to effectively work with co-workers and external contacts to effectively build relationships, respond positively to situations and influence others.
Organisational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritise and self-monitor workload.
Experience in developing sales plans
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
