About The Role
Feel, a VC backed start-up, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development & Sales Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving our top of the funnel sales pipeline, leading and executing on business development initiatives, and generating opportunities for more sales demos for the team and the CEO. This role requires a unique blend of business development prowess and ability to execute on sales goals.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will significantly influence the company's overall performance and revenue generation. The director will work closely with other executives, marketing, partners, and sales teams to drive new business and fuel our growth.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate top-of-the-funnel leads and book demos, contributing directly to sales growth.
- Agency and Consultant Management: Work closely with marketing consultants and agencies to align them with the company's vision, story, and sales strategies.
- Content Generation: Create engaging and high-quality content, either independently or in collaboration with partnering agencies, that resonates with our target audience and boosts our brand's visibility.
- Website and Ad Copywriting: Oversee the creation and refinement of website content and advertising copy, ensuring it effectively communicates our brand message and value proposition.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute various online marketing campaigns, including social media, LinkedIn, newsletters, and more, to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
- Business Development Rep (BDR) Oversight: Supervise all outgoing BDR emails and content, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness in communication.
- Referral Generation: Develop strategies to generate referrals from existing customers and partners, strengthening our client relationships and market reach.
- Event Management: Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and dinners, providing opportunities for networking and lead generation.
- Lead Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage the lead pipeline, ensuring efficient lead qualification and follow-up processes.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role in the B2B space.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation and copywriting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in event planning and management.
- Ability to manage and direct a team.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

- Estimated package $90k-$130k OTE, depending on seniority. Quarterly bonuses.
